Ordered a hoodie on October 9th.
Had not received it by 5th December after numerous calls and mails.
Out of the blue receive an email to say they have cancelled my order.
Took my money immediately.
Customer services just tell you anything.
Most emails are standard reply.
Very very poor.
Should be interesting trying to get my cash back.
Avoid at all costs.
