I have placed an order with BrandAlley several weeks ago and have been trying to contact them with regards to a discount that has not been applied to my order. I have sent them emails to which I have received standard responses and have tried calling them on several occasions but have been put on hold for so long that I have half a mind to send them my telephone bill!! Disappointed and angry would be an understatement - terrible service!!!
