I made an order over a month ago for £225 for various items. I paid by paypal and have the paypal receipt and the money has obviously gone out of my account. i have sent numerous emails and they say they cannot locate my order. Now they are just completely ignoring my emails. On my brandalley account there are no order listed there at all - either pending or historic despite having done lots of previous orders. They are totally unapologetic and there is no way to contact them by telephone. As I have pointed out it is theft and they seem to be doing nothing. I now need to work out what the next stage is in terms of getting the money back. Have logged a dispute on paypal but may need to get a lawyer involved.
