They tell you it will take up to a month for their products to get to you. In my experience, it has taken longer than that over 80% of the time. I am currently waiting for something I ordered from them over a month ago. Another thing is that they will keep you waiting for over a month then cancel your order. They have just cancelled two of the four times I am currently waiting for. I truly believe, no, let me correct that, I am certain that BranAlley does not give a damn about their customers and do not take feedback on board. Once, I ordered a pair of boots. What I received not only did not resembled the item they had advertised, but it was a return from another customer who had sent it back for the same reason I was sending it back. How do I know that the previous customer had sent it back for the same reason? Well their complaint letter to BrandAlley (containing their home address, phone number and email, was still in the shoe box! I still have it and have a good mind to shame Brand Alley- if they know the meaning of shame- by contacting this customer!)It made me think that Brand Alley had not even bothered to read the previous customers note to them. I will not be using them ever again. I think it is my civil responsibility to let people know just how terrible this company is. Do not give them your custom. The aggravation, loss of personal data and just down right crappy service is not worth a penny of you money. You have been warned. If I could have given them ZERO stars, I would have. But alas one star is the lowest rating I can give them. They are worse than terrible. Please take your money somewhere else.
