I have been a Brand Alley customer for several years and have ordered quite a few items. Yes there is a delay in receiving the goods but this is fully explained at the time of ordering so I can't understand why people complain about it ! All of the items I have received have been of good quality and as described, and any time I have returned an item I have been given a refund very quickly. The customer service team are helpful and friendly - I phone them rather than email. I recently had a query about a handbag which I had received and they went out of their way to sort it out for me, phoning me to keep me up to date. So again I don't see why people are complaining about customer service - they are efficient and easy to contact. They are a good company and I would recommend them to anyone.
