I ordered a pair of glass bookends in March. They arrived with chips out of them so I got a returns slip from BrandAlley and sent them back on 2nd April. It is now almost August and despite several emails to them I cannot get a refund, in fact I cannot even get a reply to any of my emails.
These were not an expensive item, it is the principle that matters.
Do not buy from Brand Alley unless you are prepared to lose your money should the goods be damaged or unsuitable for you.
