“Second time ordered, second time disappointed”

I have order items twice from Brand Alley, accepting that they may take several weeks to arrive. On both occasions though, they did not, and I only found out via PayPal as I had been refunded. Really rather unacceptable. The business model may suit the current climate in terms of discounts but never in terms of customer service.
