Placed 3 orders over the past year or so. Only one order received although arrived weeks later than originally promised and only after sending email to chase.

1 order said it had been delivered and left in porch- we do not have a porch. Bad communications- parcel never turned up. Refund given- no apology.

Another order was cancelled by them saying unable to get item.

The most annoying thing is they take your money the instant you place the order and hold it for weeks on end and then cancel your order and refund.

I advise anyone NOT to use this site- they draw you in under false pretence that they have the stock to sell you and then let you down.
