Box2 do have some nice clothes which is a welcome thing for larger ladies. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Their delivery costs are high and take nearly a week to arrive with no tracking. They now offer free returns, but I rarely return things, so I feel unrewarded for being a good customer.
I would be a more frequent customer if their service did not feel so begrudging.
Box2, please do something about your delivery costs. Either reduce them or provide a better courier with tracking. Your clothes are expensive; we expect better service.
