I ordered a dress from the website, they sent me completely the wrong dress, I asked to have the correct dress sent to me which they agreed to. the next day I got an email saying the didn't stock the dress I ordered and would not give a refund until I sent proof of postage. even with this inconvenience I sent it and am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later and still no reply at all from the emails I have sent to boohoo. customer care is awful will never use the site again
