I am a regular shopper with Boohoo - I like their clothing but their delivery times on their website is rubbish!! The delivery company they use let them down!!
I ordered 6 tops for next day delivery on the 27th August 2014 for delivery on the 28th.. Todays date is 2nd September and I still haven't received my parcel... Numerous calls to "DX DELIVERY" numerous calls to customer services!!... They need to bin their contract with DX because it seems their drivers are incompetent!!... Expecting my parcel tomorrow the 3rd September(so im told) between 9am & 1pm.. We will see!! If I don't receive my parcel...REFUND!!
