I am not a regular online shopper and as much as I enjoyed the initial convenience of online shopping it turned into the biggest headache. I ordered two dresses and a sweater from boohoo and I received damaged goods. The sweater was fine but one dress had a dirty stain on the back as if someone stepped on it and a missing button on the back. The other dress had a missing stone. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing one of the dresses a day later. Boohoo offered a $12.00 refund... I explained that would not cover the dry cleaning and sewing that was needed to fix the dresses but they did not seem to care. They said I could send it all back and wait for new items but I did not want to pay the shipping fees or wait another few weeks to be disappointed again. Will NOT shop at boohoo again, what a HEADACHE!!
