I ordered two items as a first-time customer last month - both were of very poor quality and the seams of a purchased bag had already unravelled.I have contacted customer services three times in just over a week and have received no reply beyond an automated acknowledgement email. It is the worst customer service I have come across and taking into account that they do not have a telephone number they can be reached on makes me very suspicious about this company. Stay away.
