Two and half weeks ago, I ordered a boohoo outfit and choose the four day delivery option. The same day of purchase, a conformation e-mail came through and the money was taken within two days. One week after I e-mailed boohoo, and never got a reply. This is nearly the third week of not having my delivery and I'm not happy! I e-mailed again and only now have I received a reply. In that reply, they did not state where my order is or why it is taking so long. They merely stated an apology.
