I have made an order last week, but because of the technical error, my parcel is failed to dispatched. I asked for refund through email as there's no phone contact, different boohoo staff replied me rather than stick with one person who deal with the whole process.
This create the confusion as I don't know who I am talking to and at the moment, they are not refund the whole amount of money I paid for my order.
It is shamed that I am the regular customer but I have no idea how awful and complicated their customer services are. If you are not lucky enough to face the order failure due to the technical error, good luck negotiate with them!
