“disappointing customer service”

I placed my very FIRST order on April 30 that had an expected delivery date of May 7. I honestly had very high hopes for this company, there clothes seem to be cute and affordable and I am an avid online shopper so it seemed like a win win. However, my package did not arrive. I then sent an email informing boohoo of this, and they said they would look into it. I know I'm not the only customer in the world so I gave them ample time to "look into my order" as they said, and a whole week later, all I got was a response of "we have now begun an investigation with the courier to determine the exact location of the parcel". Mind you thats after the fact of me having to email them again on the status of my package. Now here it is another week later, and they've taken my money but I have yet to receive my package or even an update on what is going on with my package. Again. Like I said I'm fully aware I'm not the only customer in the world, but I am still a Customer. It may not have been a lot of money, but it is still MY money. BUYER BEWARE this site is hit or miss with shipping in regards to the U.S. anyway. Shop at your own risk, but who knows IF you'll get your package and if you don't, who knows how long it will be before you get your money back. I can't even rate the store because obviously I have to receive my package.

I'm having the same problem as the previous customer.
My order gave me an expected date of delivery for 27th of may, I know its only a couple of days from its expected date but by reading this last review I have a feeling that I wont get my order anytime soon! And if im right how on earth are we to rectify this if you only have a email system to communicate with. You say its the best form of contact yet its the most slowest! also its easier for your customer service team to show compassion and sympathy through words and email but could you imagine the verbal complaints you would get If you had a contact number! I believe that way your company may actually rectify these problems FASTER! Seriously, I don't know how you stay in business!
IM YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FOR MY PROBLEM

I WOULD SAY THAT I WOULD NEVER SHOP ON YOUR SITE AGAIN, BUT I DONT THINK YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT AS YOU HAVE ALOT MORE INNOCENT PEOPLE PURCHASING YOUR STUFF WITHOUT KNOWING THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE AND PROBLEMS THEY MAY FACE THROUGH YOUR COMPANY
