First and last order from this company. The worst ever online shopping company I had to deal with. Customer service non-existent, forget about getting any names of who is overlooking matters! Paid £3.99 for standard delivery, which on their website claims to take 4 days, but when my order did not arrive after a week with absolutely no update from them (their website said order despatched, tracking unavailable) I e-mailed them and was told it takes up to 15 (1-5!!!) days!!! Who charges such ridiculous amount for 15 day delivery? Anyway, so waited for 15 days, only to receive an e-mail from them to say they PARTIALLY refunded me because I cancelled or returned their order! Seriously? I certainly did not cancel and definitelly did not return anything as I have never received anything from them in the first place! So first, they do not deliver, then blame it on their customers and then keep their money?? Order with them, you don't receive anything and then they keep some cash. Do it to a few hundred thousand customers and you are laughing, right? They certainly have enough cash to spend on TV adverts, which are so misleading. Nevertheless, e-mailed them again and said to refund within 24 hours or will report them to Trading Standards etc.. had refund next day (well, at least an e-mail confirmation so will see about the money actually turning up!) NEVER AGAIN. Boohoo? More like poo-hoo!
