Over 1 month ago i expected my delivery and after emailing boohoo.com they contacted the courier who refused to refund my money because apparently the driver has a picture of my home which proves the delivery. My item was never posted through my letter box nor did i receive a delivery note to tell me my item had been left anywhere safe. As far as I'm concerned I will never use BOOHOO again they take your money and don't deliver then refuse to refund your money! Use someone like Asos they always deliver within 3 days for free and i have never had any issues!! Idiots at boohoo.
