I bought a lovely dress from there but unfortunately it didn't fit very well. Sent it back expecting my money back in my account a week later. Their returns policy means they do not refund the money for 30 days after you receive an emailed confirmation that you are entitled to a refund. This is disgusting. I have never known another online company to process refunds in this way. The delivery took over a week too

I won't be using them again purely because their policy is ridiculous.
