I order items 3 weeks ago and paid next day delivery! They stated they would arrive next day! For a week I was mailing boohoo telling them I received no items and then they tell me to wait 2 weeks while they investigate it then I can get my refund. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them on the day they said it would be sorted! I got no reply that whole day, the next day they tell me I need to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks!!! It was a tracked parcel so can't be hard for them to realise I did not receive it and did not sign for it!
They respond with an automated email they send to everyone, which in some cases has no relevance to what I asked them in original email.
This is outrageous and unfair to consumers so i am contacting trading standard services! They cannot even fulfil basic customer service!!
