After ordering a product, i was sent an email saying that my order had been refunded but gave no reason as to why because i definitely hadnt asked to return it. I then went on to order a similar product on next day delivery because they only told me my previous one had been out of stock, a day before it should have arrived. When i finally got the product i wanted, they had sent me someone elses order! Next day delivery costs £6! Ridiculous company and i will never buy from them again.
