I ordered a pair of boots and a dress with standard delivery, which was free through an email I received from the company. I was also given a 20% discount through the same email so I ended up saving a lot on my purchase.
The next day I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to no stock- boohoo state how many items are in stock when you order so I find it very hard to believe that both items are out of stock. I was told I would be refunded....no refund as of yet and no way of contacting the company other than email-which they don't reply to!
They need a customer care phone number like every other company and to treat there paying customers with a bit of respect!
