I SENT MY CLOTHES BACK THAT WERE CHEAP RUBBISH OVER 6 WEEKS AGO, NO REFUND AND NO EMAIL, I KNOW THEY WERE DELIVERED AS I SENT THEM BACK TRACKED POST. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, WHICH IN MY EXPERIENCE IS DODGY TO START WITH, BUT I DIDNT NOTICE THIS WHEN I ORDERED. SENDING ENDLESS EMAILS, WHAT DO I DO NOW?? THERES TRADING STANDARD IN THE UK TO COMPLAIN TO, WHATS THE EQUIVALENT HERE?

Take to their facebook wall. What country are you in? I was writing on their australian one for AGES and they were absolutely disgustingly hopeless, i took to the international one, the uk one i think (as that is where they are based) problem was fixed within hours (although my post did generate a lot of likes so they might have just been worried that too many people would see it)
my items were sent with OIL STAINS. terrible company.
