“Still awaiting refund”

I am located in Australia and ordered two items Fromm boohoo. Postage my slow and both items were poor quality. I returned one item as it was too small. I used Registered australia post for delivery to the Australian returns address over a month ago and Boohoo are yet to refund me saying they didn't receive the item. I sent my receipts and registered post info, and still no reply after a week and 5 emails. Very disappointed, I won't be using again.
