Loved everything about boohoo - fab, trendy, cheap clothes - quality seems a bit hit and miss, but at those prices you can't really complain... well you could, but you wouldn't get a reply!
I returned the coat I ordered, with the intention of ordering a bigger size once my money had been refunded. However, I was refunded £23 instead of the £25 the coat had actually cost me...

I now have a lovely (if slightly more expensive) coat from Topshop. It's 57 days since I first emailed boohoo to point out their mistake and ask for my £2 (on principal, you understand) and I have yet to recieve any kind of communication from them, other than the standard computer generated,
