I am absolutely appalled at such a lack of customer service from boohoo. I ordered my items at the end I October..the tracking info states it was delivered 4 days later and left in a 'secure location' however nothing was there when I arrived home. Granted this may have been the couriers fault however boohoo have been incredibly difficult to get hold of and automatically reply saying they will reply ASAP which is a complete joke as I have now sent them 12 emails regarding a letter in which I signed, scanned and emailed back to them as they requested. Since then I have heard nothing. I find it ridiculous that a company as big and well known as boohoo doesn't have a contact number. I can safely say they have lost any future purchases from myself and I have warned all my friends and family about them too! All I want is my money back for 2 dresses that I have never received! Just thought if warn anyone else thinking of shopping with this joyful company.......

Dear Kasey_48,
Was the courier name "Yodel"
Apparently i received and signed for my delivery on the 8th of december but got a card from Yodel in my mail box on the 7th saying that the delivery was in a "safe place". I have sent several emails and as many other pleople i have only got automatic mails saying that they will reply within 48 hr. I have now told them i will report them to trading standards and Consumer Direct. I am furious as i spent £100. Never again!
