I placed an order after 7pm on 26th October.
I received an email at 12.37pm on 27th October confirming that my order was shipped – from this I assumed delivery would have been made on 28th October.
The email contained the order number and tracking link but the tracking link does not work!
It is now November 2nd and my order still has not arrived. It is now 4 working days late which is certainly not the next day service that the site promises!
