I placed an order with Boohoo 4 and a half weeks ago, I still haven`t received it yet! It seems to have been everywhere but here! And now they are not answering my emails and their only phone number is dead! What do I do now?!

I've shopped with boohoo for years, they are really going down. Even sneaking sale items back up. Don't even think that's legal.
If you can't get through to any company at all, buy law they must acknowledge if you write a letter. Even spend a few pence on recorded delivery.
That way there's proof you have done something and they aren't responding adaquetky. By writing a letter. And signed for at boohoo (recorded) they have to take note
