I placed an order with Boohoo 4 and a half weeks ago, I still haven`t received it yet! It seems to have been everywhere but here! And now they are not answering my emails and their only phone number is dead! What do I do now?!

I did not have good experience with Boohoo either. I guess you can wait until they answer or just contact Consumer Protection Services.

Have you tried contacting them via Twitter or Facrbook? I eventually got hold of the courier and made my own arrangements with them.

Look what they wrote here on this reviewcentre site, this is boohoo customer service talking. I personaly had a positive experience with them, look it s Easter time and maybe has smth to do with that, be patient and write back again:" Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us on Review Centre.
