Could someone please explain to me how I legally force bonprix to sort out a dress I ordered in February of 2013 and still have not received it.
During the year bonprix called me and offered to send my dress along with a voucher for 50 pounds as an apology for the problems, this happened in August of 2013, however I still await it.
Please, if you can explain what route I should take to obtain satisfaction in this matter
