I ordered items on line using paypal, which was then put on an account by Bon Prix, when I ask why, its not clear, when I go to pay this on line through my account, its says nothing is owing, emailing customer services say they have referred this to a debt collection agency have emailed customer services several times asking for on line payment details, with the result that they want me to pay this over the telephone at 10p a minute! Does anyone else have this problem?
