I agree with everyone, they are a terrible company to deal with and their customer service reps are horrid. The emails I received after correcting their mistake was appalling, to say the least. They could have accommodated me and given me the dress, at the price I purchased it at. Some of the clothes are really cute, come on, even though we're ticked off at them, for the wrongs they have done, we know we would not be shopping here if the clothes were gross. The thing is, if they have good customers, they should look into these problems, themselves and treat us with respect/care, then they would have happy customers returning to their site, over and over again, not leave bad reviews for their incompetence and ignorant ways. You can bet, there will be more of us who won't be back... EVER.
