“Terrible customer service and Crazy interest rates”

I have paid off my account in 2009 via a BACS transfer, however they have not applied the credit and never contacted since 2009. I have just checked my credit report and it says I have not paid the amount in 2009 and since then they have been adding close to £100 a month as interests and other charges to the amount now on my credit report it says I owe a crazy amount of money.

Tried contacting them to correct the situation and have received zero replies. I contacted credit expert and they contacted them for them to simply say its correct and now I am stuck with this black mark on my rating which is not correct.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
