When the catalogue arrived I decided to make an order (£253.00) as I had ordered one item from them last year. But, as above, Oh how I wished I'd read the reviews. Eight days later I rang (this morning) to ask where it was to be told by a very offhand youth that I hadn't placed an order. Nothing ... niet ... nicht ... etc., etc., Luckily the money hadn't been taken. But as I pointed out to said youth, why would I phone if I had imagined the whole thing. No apologies, no suggestions, and apparently no express delivery. Foolish person that I am I phoned later to be promised that I could have an alternate delivery address and that she would phone me at 5.45 pm to retake my order. Come 6.00pm nothing, again. I phoned again to be told there is no possibility of an alternate delivery address. Obviously Bon Prix must be the only catalogue not to offer this option. Now I am writing to the CEO of the Group which is Freemans/Grattons - hardly a good advert for them, is it.
