After several days of being passed between Blacks & Citylink about a missing order, I was about to write scathing review.
On hold for 9-11 minutes (3 calls), no refund allowed, no 2nd despatch allowed, no managers to speak to, I must wait for missing parcel form etc....
As a final attempt to resolve I guessed the email for their MD and hey presto literally within 15 minutes I get a refund to my PayPal account.
Now that is impressive (although it shouldn't have taken an email to their MD).
