I will never order from them again the tracking is never updated i placed a order December 29th and its January 16th I keep getting the run around this is not how you do business especially if you want to keep it...I feel like they just taking people money with this bogus site.

If I could award 0 stars it would be! Avoid at all costs absolutely shambles of a company . Claim the parcel has been delivered when it hasn't. Refuse to give refund claiming they have to wait for Royal Mail to investigate. Spend your money elsewhere and not with this  "company"

Very unprofessional business. I have been waiting fir 6 weeks and still have not received my goods. The follow up customer service has been appalling and quite frankly rude as all they say is it has been delivered when it hasn't been delivered to me. They have taken zero account for the situation and have not even offered to resolve the situation in any way! Absolutely do not trust or rely on them

I ordered a jacket that I needed for work. It arrived so badly creased and in such a state that I had to have it cleaned and pressed before it could be worn. I sent photos to Big Dude asking for a £12.50 refund to cover the cost of cleaning and pressing , all they said was to send it back . I needed the jacket , I had paid for next day delivery , no time to send it back . The creasing hadn't just occurred in transit , it had been despatched in an appalling state . Doesn't look like I am going to get an compensation , beware when buying from them as they don't listen to their customers , or care it would seem .

I've had several orders from this company. Prompt service, very fast delivery using Royal Mail rather than more cheaper but unreliable couriers. Consistent sizes. I know the size that will fit. Good quality, everything I've had has lasted.

NEVER Have I EVER Had a pair of Jean's TEAR on me BEFORE I WORE them. I ALWAYS WASH NEW CLOTHES BEFORE I wear them. WHEN I took these Blue Jean's out of the Washing machine & went to hang them in the SUN to DRY, there WAS a TEAR in the pant leg as big as my THUMB ! This IS the 3rd site I HAVE posted on which DOESN'T Allow you to post/include PHOTOS to which I HAVE ready to show.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my husband there after Germany. It was too tight for him so I tried to send it back. A specific number had to be specified on the form, which was not on the delivery. So I wrote an email asking them to send me a return slip. That was in autumn 2021 and I haven't had an answer since.

I will never use this company again. I needed a shirt for my trip and chose express delivery where I had to order an extra shirt to qualify. Express delivery said 2 to 3 days and it was 10 days or more before I receive the shirt. I contacted customer service and they could care less. They refused to refund the shipping cost. It's pretty bad that they were able to accept my money and not deliver on time. I would not recommend this company to anyone if you want your items to arrive anywhere near on time

Waiting over a month for my refund after I returned my purchase is ridicules. Further, their custom clothing line is far below quality. I have moved on to better big and tall companies.

Ordered 1/26)2022 paid a extra 12.99 for expedited shipping 1 to 3 days, got a email saying that the shipping won't arrive until Feb 7th 2022, on top of that the phone number listed is for a whole nother company, the man who answered said they always receive call for their issues, I sent a email still no response, I will just go ahead and dispute it with my bank, what kind of company is this " no contact" just a email, with someone's money held hostage, next time I will chk reviews before ordering, through reading reviews I only seen 3 out of 17 good reviews and I am sure they were the one's writing it! Shame on you!!!!

What a sham of a company. Ordered from them a hoodie. Long story short, have not received order and in process of trying to get my money back or receive item I ordered. All you get if you inquire about anything is a generic email with tracking info that doesn't help whatsoever. I will not ever be ordering anything from them again as they have proven they are unworthy of my busines. I have since had to order from another company and omg I received that item promptly as they stated! Go figure. I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!

I placed an order for a pair of jogger trousers for a disabled friend that were delivered to my business address. The parcel arrived after a few days and my husband in front of three customers opened it up. He took the joggers out of the packaging, he also quickly noted that the joggers were of the wrong size. The order was for 6xl and they sent 5xl. The joggers were put back into the wrapping and brought to me. I wrapped them up and sent them back. I received an email on the 17th which told me that he was returning the joggers back to me as they were not the ones that Big Dude had sent. The joggers came back to me on the 19th. The package was opened by my husband in front of me and the joggers that were sent me back are not the ones that I sent back to Big Dude. For some reason a staff member of Big Dudes has returned to me the wrong item. By chance, my three witnesses came into the shop and my husband showed them the joggers Big Dude sent back. They all confirm that these are not the ones that I sent back. The material feels cheaper and the style and size is wrong. On the joggers I returned there were no zips.

Avoid them like the Ebola virus. They will refuse to refund or they are unaware of how to use Paypal ​correctly. ​Worst experience online shopping in 15 years. (I am based in the UK too not the US as many of the other negative reviewers are.) The items arrived as described to be fair. But the return procedure is farcical. I returned nine of my ten items originally. (Before returning the nine items I emailed their "" customer services. "" They confirmed that all of the items would be accepted As described and the refund would be issued upon receipt. ) I assumed they would just refund myself via PayPal for the returned items as any respectable seller does in the twenty first century. ​Instead of issuing a partial refund via PayPal for the returned items. They emailed myself back to state: "we will be dealing with this only through PayPal now...' As if to highlight the fact that myself paying through PayPal was a handicap or an extra difficulty for themselves to operate payments through. Even though PayPal is quite clearly advertised on their website as an acceptable payment method. After no partial refund was received. They eventually offerd a full refund offer via PayPal if I returned the final item I had purchased. (At a personal extra cost to myself as I had already used their free return label on the initial return. That They had sanctioned as an acceptable return that They would refund upon receipt. Which They did not do.) They only offerd a refund offer after I had contacted PayPal customer services multiple times. Getting a refund from them is the equivalent of getting blood from stone. I have now been refunded via PayPal only after raising a dispute and then a claim with PayPal. Use Jacamo or amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've had the same customer service experience as many of the reviewers here. This company promises a refund if you don't like the product. Don't believe them! Once they have your money you won't get it back. They owe me $124 and have stopped responding to me. Seriously, they don't care about their reputation or giving people good customer service. Don't make the mistake of trusting them. I never give negative reviews but I've never been treated this badly. I didn't research this company before I shopped here. I wish I had.

I ordered a coat from these people for $80.00 I canceled the same day,they keep telling me they going to give me my refund but,its dive days later now and nothing,I will not shop anymore from these people again ever,I don't have.money lime that for them to just keep,I want my dam money back.I Think this company is a SCAMM,but they took my money right away,but taking all year long too give it back

I have been trying to get a refund since October. We are now February and still no refund. There is always an excuse. I know they have the clothes back because I have the tracking slip. They claim they can't refund Paypal. I have called Paypal. Paypal says that is not true. If you can't refund Paypal, send me my money direct. But they have made no attempt to refund me. I would give them a zero if I could. They owe me $57.99.

Where do I begin. I ordered this shirt for my husband but it was too short.My husband is tall so the shirt was a belly shirt on him. I returned the shirt for a refund. I mailed the shirt back on 1/7/19 and it was received 1/9/19.As of today I have yet to receive my refund. I would never order from this site again and if your reading this review you’ve been warned. Don’t order from a site that doesn’t have a phone number to call customer service. I sent customer service a email and they didn’t respond. I have to work with my bank fraud department to get my money back... Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else
