Fine until you have a problem

I was very pleased with the company up until the point at which I had a problem. My 2 month old bra started to come apart at a seam in the middle and actually injured me so, I spoke to somebody who said to fill in the returns form and return it which I did. This was the start of a 2 week wait where I was starting to question whether my bra had reached them safely having heard nothing. Imagine my delight when I am given a parcek by the postman with a bra inside it, I open it thinking oh good they've sent me a new one to replace the faulty one. Alas I was misguided. Inside the parcel was my old bra and a rather screwed up note saying that unfortunately they couldn't replace or refund it because it was too long since my purchase and given the condition of the bra, they didn't feel the care instructions had been followed. This is a bra that was falling apart having been worn a handful of times and washed (handwash as per the instructions) once. I would question which instructions it is they feel I hadn't followed. I do not expect a bra that costs over £20 to fall apart within 2 months and I certainly do not expect to be told it can't be replaced for such pathetic reasons. I will most certain not be shopping from this company again and I would strongly advise anyone else against doing so.
