I ordered a dress gave them the exact measurements of myself dress is 12inch too long.When I contacted them they said that I must of given them the wrong measurement and after a few email said they would reimburse me approx $10.00 on a $200.00 dress. The dress even tough it was ordered in a different colour does not look like the dress on the website. Saty away from this company and shop local.

I ordered a dress and jacket from Angel Mall to be custom made and paid for express delivery. The items arrived, not only is it completely the wrong colour in the wrong material, it doesn't fit. The measurements I gave them to make it to are 3 inches different to what was supplied. The seams don't match up, the workmanship is extremely poor and there are parts of the dress caught up in the sewing of a band. There is also a mark on the top of the dress from where there must have put it prior to sewing. I have continually asked for a refund and they are only offering me 15% back - the wont take the dress back and are saying there is nothing wrong with it. This has been going on for weeks and the best they come up with is 15% or they will offer me discount on another outfit !!!! I cant wear the one they sent and despite constant emails they wont budge on refunding me only 15% which will be less than the actual postage cost me let alone the cost of the outfit. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!

They sent the wrong size and keep asking for more proof when they have all the details. They are not an australian company. They duped my student daughter of money she saved hard for a dress she cannot wear.

I ordered a wedding dress and read reviews after I had ordered, so I was really worried about what I would get. My dress came in under a week and it is absolutely beautiful, it fits perfectly and looks just like the photo that I fell in love with. I am very happy with what I received.

You will get what they want to give you not what you have carefully ordered. Then they will apologise and offer you a 20% discount to keep a dress you cannot wear! Then they will et angry and you get nothing. The Chinese consumer affairs will do nothing to intervene. BE WARNED NOT WORTH THE RISK

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! My dress was meant to be champagne/tan and came in orange/pink. I measured myself before ordering. I ordered a size by matching my measurements to theirs. The dress came nearly 20cm bigger I'm the hips, waist and bust. They are super friendly before you order, but then avoid your questions when they are in the wrong. They WILL NOT REFUND even when staff promise refunds. Then they go on to say that the orange/pink I got was the same as the champagne/tan I ordered and that there is nothing wrong with the dress measurements they sent and that I should just go to a tailor to get it taken in. The quality of the dress was shocking. I wish I had read all these reviews BEFORE I ordered and lost money. They are dodgy.

My Mother ordered a dress from your website, when it arrived it was the wrong size and the wrong colour. She email you and someone said to send a picture to "prove" that it doesn't fit. So she did this. She was then offered 5% of her money back and told if she sends the dress back it might happen to go missing in the post. I then went onto your online chat and asked the operator if I buy a dress and it doesn't fit or if it is the wrong colour, what will happen? can I get a full refund? She said YES! Then I told her the story and I said BY LAW you must give 100% refund for a faulty item!!! She said she will email me today...Also she said if we wanted a good job done on the dress then we should write a letter when we order to say you will want a refund if its not good and then you will make sure you do a better job and use good material!!! WHAT THE??My mother got an email today offering her 10% money back. I now went back onto the live chat and no one will answer me! My mum is not the only person this has happened to, I read on lots of websites online that this happens all the time with this online shop and you have ripped of 100's of people! This makes me sick to my stomach that there is "company's" like this out there doing this to so many people world wide! I will not stop until my mum gets her money back. NOT 5% NOT 10% NOT 50% BUT 100% is all that I will except. This letter will be getting posted everywhere so that no one else can get ripped off by this horrible "online shop". I have also saved the whole conversation I had with the live chat lady "Jelly" was her name. I want a reply ASAP! And I only want to hear that you are sorry for taking advantage of people and that you will refund the money that is rightfully ours!!!

I was excited when I received the parcel. But when I unwrapped it, many diamond embellishments dropped to the floor. The diamonds of the grid pattern were loose and fell off easily, exposing the empty pods that held them. Worse of all, the zipper got stuck at the waist and could not be zipped all the way up no matter how hard I tried. The colour and overall look was very different to the one shown online. It was not wearable to a wedding and I had to find a replacement dress at the last minute. I emailed angelamall, told them what happened and sent lots of pictures. They did not allow for a return and only said they would refund 5% of the dress cost which worked out to be $7.50. I can't even buy a zipper with that let alone change it! What a terrible experience. I would never buy from this site again and would not recommend it.

Mother of the bride dress, fits like a glove, lace and material exactly as pictured. I can not find any fault. Delivery time was good. I am completely satisfied. Even the different hemline I requested was correct. It has a boned - lined bodice, all excellent. I am delighted with the dress and would recommend Angela Mall. Will certainly buy more.

I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress. The dress is unwearable due to a number of faults, the main one being a join in the lace right across the stomach. Because I did not report the fault within 7 days even though I supplied pictures of fault, the company takes no responsibility. Beware that when purchasing from this company you are not protected by Australian consumer laws. I purchased a beautiful dress in Australia at the factory outlets in Brisbane. Fabulous quality, I could try the dress on before purchasing, the price was very reasonable (reduced from $300 to $99) and if I find a fault Australian Consumer Laws will protect my rights. Lesson learned.

My daughter though she would be a Style Queen when she spotted a dress she liked from this god awful seller, she requested it for her Formal. And this was ordered delivery was quick I will grant them that. The dress arrived and was faulty in so many ways * Dress not as pictures * Sleeves different lengths (one of which too short) * Boning in corset section was not straight * Lace was unfinished * Sequins - yes bloody sequins that are glued on. The glue seemingly able to stick to material and ruin it, but cant hold a sequin on for dear life * Seam in back of dress is off centre You name it, this was relayed to Angela Malls supposedly 'Excellent Customer Service' team for rectifying and you wait for days and days and days between replies (clear indication of how terrible they must truly be to keep their 'Excellent Customer Service' team so busy or perhaps this team is not as excellent as they make out...who knows? I followed every letter of their refund request process and was offered a paltry 8% of the dress cost back because apparently a local tailor could repair these faults! - If I wanted to buy a dress from a local tailor I would have done this and to be honest they would have done a better job! Needless to say, my daughters Formal has come and gone and was nearly ruined by this company - we will never be buying from these people again, and neither will anyone who I have chance to tell how bad this company is. Incidentally it is now 2 months since the dress was purchased and I still have no refund! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Worst dress ever purchased online. Poorly made. Fabric the cheapest scratchiest lace (eg 1970's) and the satin is so thick its like wearing a rug. The seams don't line up, material nothing like shown on site, hem all over the place and custom made means as they want. Emails from different people answering like its the first contact made and what is your probelm?? Even when photos sent they deny it looks bad!!! What I have like is the fact I didn't order my daughter's bridal parties dresses from this company and my bank is looking into disputing the charge!!!

I purchased a dress from this website for my graduation ceremony. Not only it came in a different colour, but it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was made using poor quality chiffon and material and looked so tacky. I have been emailing for weeks, and they still are refusing to refund me. I have had to purchase another dress for my occasion, under a lot of pressure and that has already cost me few hundred dollars and I still haven't been able to get my cash back from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I recently ordered a dress from Angela Mall, it took 4 weeks to arrive and when l took it out of the bag sequence's fall off, they were glued on not sewn. They continued to fall off with each handling the sizing was also incorrect. When l contacted them, regarding refund they eventually offered me 5% which equated to $7au for a $150 au dress. I complied with their refund policy, sent photos etc but they have remained silient. I have been left with a dress that has poor workmanship and doesn't fit, so please do not end up the same as me, extremely upset and broke.

NEVER SHOP ANGELA MALL. I was overcharged by $35 more than I was quoted and I dealt with multiple people who repeatedly requested evidence of this despite it being sent multiple times. They refused to refund my money instead coming up with all excuses under the sun - that it was quoted in America dollars (even though it specifically said AU$) or that is was a "package and handling" quote (completely illegal). The most they were willing to offer was a 5% discount on my NEXT order - a complete joke as I will never be dealing with this company again. Absolutely disgusted at their lack of customer service.

I ordered a dress and jacket from angelamall , sent my measurements confirmed by qualified dress designer. The shoulder of finished garment is 5 inches smaller and armseyes are 2 1/2 inches smaller than my given measurements.Proved to them with photographs. They avoid taking responsibility or to apologise and offered to pay me half the price of the dress which I must return at my expense. It is entirely their mistake and I will not pay for their mistakes . I have suffered unnecessary inconvenience and stress. I am very disappointed and shocked at their treatment and I trusted them. , I do not know how this can be resolved as they are not replying to my further emails and also will not admit or take responsibility for what they have done.

There's never been a time when the saying "when something is too good to be true, it isn't" has applied. When I saw the types of dresses that could be made, and for the price, I was excited. Silly of me, of course, to believe what was advertised, as they made the wrong size, refused to correct it, and then had the audacity to try to charge me for their mistake. To top it all off, I paid for express shipping (3-5 days) and the dress still did not arrive until 14 days after they said the item was shipped! This is not yet settled, however I can assure Angela Mall that I will not rest until I am refunded in full and compensated for the horrible experience and appalling customer service to match
