I ordered a gift for my wife. I received confirmation of the order and then nothing. I queried this by email and received a reply stating that I would get a reply. I then received a further email stating that they try to resolve issues within 24 hours. I gave it another week. I then brought up the email confirming my order and replied asking where my item was. I received a reply from my host saying that it was a "do not reply" address.
I then phoned (@ 10 per minute) and spent 3 minutes fighting my way through a robot to a queue for an adviser. Eventually someone answered the phone. I outlined the problem and was told that I would have to "go on hold". When the young lady came back on line she was pleased to confirm that the item was no longer available. The company saw no reason to let me know!
