Received an email a day after I placed an order stating that it was canceled by the company because of a "tech glitch" and that my money has not been taken, however when I checked my bank account, I was charged three times. At first I thought it was an issue with my bank but after I discussed this with my financial institution, they advised that the merchant (ASOS) have taken the funds. Have been sending emails to ASOS back and fourth and they keep on sending me the exact same response which is "we cant help you". I would give them less than 1 star if I could. P.s I still don't have my money back.

Hi, FYI - I have been in touch through the avenues listed numerous times! You are just asking me to go back to step 1 again. This has not been solved for over 2 weeks now, with contact going back and fourth with the same answer. I provided bank statements only to receive what seems to be a copy and paste reply of "we cant help you" and "call your bank" over 5 times by four different people at your center. Get your stuff sorted ASOS! This is ridiculous.
