I placed an order for a suit with this company. After 3 weeks no sign of the suit, I emailed ASOS several times and they finally said that there is nothing they can do and the order is lost. And once it was found and returned, they will credit my money whenever that may be.
Regardless, I blamed the courrier service and reordered the same item. Guess what, they addressed the item to the wrong addresss again (I found this information from UPS). So now my 2nd order will probably go around the world and go back to them resulting in 2 refunds (whenever they happen). When I complained, all i got was a 10% coupon. Blah!! They can keep that - wish i could give them zero stars. Do not shop here. Very unreliable
