I ordered a dress which was over a week late and has not arrived yet. I specifically ordered it so I could wear it to a party and I had to use another dress.
no phone number which is appalling. cannot get information if it is urgent. have to wait for an email. Need to get a phone number so customers can contact the company.
very bad in terms of updating if a delivery is late. I got no updates.

Hey, I'm really sorry that you're still waiting for your order to arrive. I totally understand your frustration especially as you had to find another dress to wear to the party you were attending! We've been extremely busy recently but have updated the site to let our customers know of any delays-I'm sorry if you missed this.
