I placed an order for the first time and purchased for almost $400 and the website promised a discount with a promo code saying, if you order oover certain amount, you receive a certain percentage as discount, which I never received. I have been emailing them back and forth, and finally, I have someone replying saying they are very sorry and will refund the dicount and the amount for the items returned, once they receive my return items.

But instead, I receive an email giving details of the amount to be refunded is only for the items I have returned. So what they advertise to te customers and what they do are two different things and it is misleading customers and it is illeagal, which i would like to take it up with fair trading, and I have already informed them. I am still waiting on their reply and my refund.

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear about this. I can understand how frustrating this must be as we should have reimbursed the promo code for you. I want to sort this out for you pronto. Please could you either get in touch with us again via Facebook or Twitter along with your order number and we'll reimburse this amount.
