After making an order valued at over £80, the order showed up as cancelled on my asos account however the money was still debited from my bank! Around 6 weeks on and no refund has been made! Customer service is useless and there is no direct phone number to contact them regarding issues!!! Only received sarcastic answers via there twitter account! ("We only rock online") !! This situation is due to an asos.com website malfunction and it has left me a victim!! Please use cation before making an order with them! I do not recommend and will now need to contact trading standards and take legal advice to recover my lost money!! Terrible company!!!!!
