A wrong item was shipped to me.

Emailed to clarify, and got a 10% off promo code. WHICH DOESN'T WORK. Emailed back again, and finally got another (and I'm not sure if it works, I'm not buying from ASOS again.)

I was advised to send the item back. The courier I used was skynet, and there apparently are some issues. When I emailed back to ask about the courier service, which I've paid, I got a reply saying ASOS uses skynet for delivery services, not return services and ASOS could do no more. And that was that.

I think you could have been more helpful, moreover it was your onus to send me the correct time. I think it should be your onus to employ a service to collect my return package, the one you sent wrongly. I should not be sourcing for courier services for your mistake. Just like how it was my responsibility to pay you for those items and services, I don't expect you to pay for them.

Horrible experience. Never again will I spend a dollar unless this is resolved.
