As many people here I have some big problems with refunds on my orders.
I made several orders and any of them hadn't arrived. I was making orders day after day, so I was unable to predict it's gonna be so problematic!
First orders haven't came around so I get refunded. Ok. I think someone has just stolen it, but ok- next orders were worst, because they haven't arrived too and ASOS made me thef and disactived my account!!! And what's now?
NO ABLE TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS :). Really smart step, asos! Close someone's account and don't give a fak . I lost almost 300f!!!
They told me to contact my 'card issuer', I did but Honestly, I don't think my bank is responisble for it and I don't think they refund me money which is on ASOS's account.
Hate you, ASOS. Not my fault you're parcels are unregistered.
