This fashion website is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever witnessed. I spent over 140.00 USD on jeans, where on the website it confirms I would get free 2 day shipping. It has almost been a week now and nothing has arrived at my doorstep. I contacted ASOS with my problem via email and have not received any sort of reply. The tracking number informed me that it was supposed to be delivered two days ago? Take my advice and ****NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN****, because I am pretty sure they will be out of business not too long from now anyways. Please read the horrible reviews on here before you think about ordering any garbage off of here. I am also hearing the return services are awful also. I see teenagers running clothing businesses better then these people. ASOS is a complete joke and needs serious help quick.

All you people do is reply to every single horrifying review saying "you can drop us a PM on Facebook or a DM via twitter, which you won't answer to that anyway also. Tomorrow I will file a complaint to the BBB and federal government about how my online transaction went with your foreign company. Thanks for the "help"
