“appalling service”

ordered a cream dress and paid £80. I received a black nighty worth £14. I returned the item the same day suing the return slip and recorded delivery. 10 days later and having received no communication I tried to call the help line. after 2 attempts and 25 minutes waiting I was told could not help me; I need to email them. I would not trust this company with my money again!

I have finally received aknowledgement that you have received the returned item 11 days after it was returned. Still waiting for the correct goods.The delay is unnacceptable and you have done nothing to change my mind about this company. As for it not being the norm, there are many comments on this site which suggest it is!

I'm pleased to hear we've now received the item you returned and the dress you ordered is now on the way. We deal with anything that comes into the warehouse within 1 working day and email as soon as we've done it so you know what's going on and you should have received an email letting you know the delivery date for your dress, but, if you have any other queries, please do get in touch.
