The worst customer service ever!
I paid for the express delivery. They use a cheap company to deliver, first point. They didn’t deliver on time, second point. I wrote few e-mails to them, no answer. I called the delivery company, and then fixed with them. Still didn’t get my two dresses for which I paid more than 100 euro. In a meantime I ordered a dress from a different shop and everything was perfect and they delivered within 3 days with the standard rate!!! No extra charges like for ASOS “express” delivery! I will wait two more days, if they will not answer then I will involve media (TV, newspapers). Never buy with them! Never! Btw. no contact info. on website (smart!).
