the service provided by ASOS is really awful. I ordered a cardigan, which WAS in stock at that moment. However, after some (!) days, they sent me an email, something like "sorry the item is out of stock". I didn't get even a small compensation (like discount) for inconveniences caused! just a cold electronical "sorry"... ASOS, why don't you check items before you take money?! your service is really awful. i don't think, i will get back to your internet shop.
