If I could give no stars, I would. This was a TERRIBLE experience. I ordered 3 dresses in 2 different sizes since it was free shipping both ways. I wanted to pick one of the 6 dresses to wear to a holiday party Dec 14, so I ordered the dresses December 3 and was excited to know that with free shipping, they would be here December 12. WRONG. Not only did they never show up, but I was charged for an international fee (which on the website they said they would cover this cost) and I emailed them 4 days ago with no legitimate response. They also have no phone number to follow up on any issues. Horrible, terrible, awful experience with ASOS!!!!
